We're moving...but where?

We've been wanting to move for a while now, so we finally posted our contract for sale on Craiglist Saturday afternoon. Our friend's brother was visiting from Idaho yesterday and he and his wife came and checked out our apartment last night, and tonight they're signing the contract to take over ours. That went pretty quickly and really smoothly. The new tenants even get some bonuses that we've always wanted here:
  • New tile in the bathroom
  • The carpet will be replaced
  • The kitchen will be tiled! (We've always wanted tile, rather than carpet, in the kitchen)
Now, we've got to find a new place to live. We've already seen a few places and we're seeing three more places over the next 2 days. Here's what we want:
  • 3 bedrooms (one room for crafts/computers so Clay's room really is his own)
  • 1 bathroom (1.5 or 2 if we're really lucky, but 1 is fine)
  • A dining room/area that will fit our dining room table
  • Washer and dryer hookups
  • Somewhere between Provo and Lehi (closer to work is preferable)
  • Good neighbors
  • Available in March or April (the new tenants here are good with either month)
  • $750 or under for rent
We'll let you know how the hunt goes.

oooOOOOOooo new tile. That sounds like a sweet deal.

The one minor flaw in your plan: YOU'LL BE MOVING OUT OF OUR WARD! Boo.

You should look in the condo complexes right south of Accessdata.. Since they are all independently owned, so everyone who rents them out charges a little different, but I've seen for rent signs in our complex.

Our complex is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer hook ups, good size dining room and exactly half a mile from Accessdata. My friend lives in the complex just north of here and is looking to rent our her condo but its only 2 bedrooms with a HUGE living room.

The address to the condo's we are in are 1236 W 1420 N Orem 84057

Anyway, we only had 2 days to find a place when we were here in July and really lucked out with these condos.

If you make less than $35000 then Mayflower Harbor is nice http://www.emg-apts.com/mayflower.htm
